Detailed Description

This operator is used when content is launched from menus or hotspots etc.

It animates the content, and handles rules for widget's opening location. If content is not ready for rendering immediately when launched, a placeholder is displayed until it's ready Widget must have a parent and parent can't change while this operator is active
